Escrow Steps
Step 1: Agreement to Use Escrow
a) We agree with the buyer to process the transaction through a trusted third-party escrow service.
b) Both buyer and seller confirm the terms, including documentation, payment method, delivery method and fees.
Step 2: Buyer Sends Payment to Escrow
a) The buyer transfers the full purchase amount to the escrow account.
b) The escrow service securely holds the funds and confirms when the payment is ready.
Step 3: Watch is Delivered to Buyer
a) Once payment is confirmed, we carefully package the watch.
b) Watch is delivered as per the terms agreed
Step 4: Validation and Inspection
a) The buyer receives the watch and has a set inspection period (typically 24 hours).
b)During this time, the buyer can:
Authenticate the watch with a pre approved certified watchmaker, verify that the condition matches the description & check all included accessories (box, papers, warranty cards).
Step 5: Buyer Approval and Fund Release
a) If the buyer is satisfied, they notify the escrow service.
b) The escrow service releases the payment to us (the seller).
c) If there are any issues, the buyer can initiate a return according to the escrow terms.
